I had a leak in my condo from the unit above into the ceiling in my kitchen. They were able to come in, assess the damage, take out the dry wall, address the minor mold problem that had developed and get my kitchen back in worker order. More than happy with the results.

We called when our water heater broke and flooded a bedroom. They showed up within 2 hours, set up fans and dehumidifiers, and removed the soaked carpet padding. Then they came back and checked on it every day until the area was completely dried out. We ended up with no damage to the walls, and just had to replace the carpet padding. Great service

Randy has been a true life saver. They made sure to get us set up with a full pack-out, insurance to cover Additional Living Expenses so we could get into an Airbnb, set us up with the best contractors and vendors, and have made sure that our insurance does what they are supposed to do. Trenton and Stevan did such an amazing job cleaning My air ducts. I had just moved into this house and could not feel ANY air flow. Servpro did an excellent job on the renovations after an unfortunate pipe leak caused significant damage throughout my kitchen and bedroom. Ajay Mistry was my construction coordinator. He worked with all the contractors and scheduling. This was great to have a single point of contact handling my project. He is respectful, responsive, and was a pleasure to work with. It made the stress of going through this much more bearable.

I strongly encourage anyone to avoid this company. They came to mitigate water damage and then essentially forced me to use them to repair the floor after I had already contracted with someone else. While the work itself was fine, the owner was regularly rude and condescending, they damaged several items in my home while completing the job, and returned over a year later saying I owed more money.

The 2 generous stars are for the initial response about 8 weeks ago when a water heater pipe burst. After that it went down, down, down bad. They dropped the ball on scheduling for weeks, despite our follow-ups; they failed to update something internally despite our phone calls. Their equipment caused more damage to our house, which they sent someone out to fix promptly-ish. The inital work they were sent to do has not been completed. The demo was done weeks ago, now it's just holes everywhere. But here's the thing: that stuff is contracted out to god only knows who. That's where the problem is. The friendly prompt people who assured you everything would be taken care of are now replaced by some contractor who's squeezing you in between jobs, and sending you dudes he picked up from Home Depot. Well, he hired a dude who picks up the guys from Home Depot. Untrustworthy, unprofessional,

We had a pretty major water break on thanksgiving day and they wasted no time on coming over to extract the water so we had no further problems, they were very knowledgeable and customer service was amazing, we were out of state when it happened. They stayed in contact with us the whole time, called to say when they were coming and called when they locked the house and left. Needless to say I would recommend them for service.

I LOVE THIS SERVICE! Antonio, Kenan and Mark were GREAT! Antonio came over and explained EVERYTHING that was going on with restoration of water and mold. He was GREAT at starting and with management of restoration! All the debris and dirt of the cutting was picked up and the left over wood was picked up and taken away.
